South Korea recently announced they are phasing out all paper textbooks by
2014 and will foot the $2 Billion bill to supply every student with a
"tablet computer".

One secondary school in New Zealand has just started a move to have all
ew entrants to 3rd form have an iPad.
Many many families will not be able to afford this, so there is a call for
overnment to fund it
