Sorry, I don't know the first one but I'm reminded by the second that I
taught my son and his children just yesterday how to recognize poison
ivy. We were sitting on the patio sipping suds when I spotted a tree in
his back yard about 50 yards away. I asked him if that was poison ivy
climbing up the trunk. "No", he said, "it's just some vine". Even from
50 yards it sure looked like poison ivy to me. So I went and
investigated and then called him and the grandkids out for a lesson in
poison ivy identification. As it turns out there is a fair amount of it
back there in both tree climbing vines and otherwise. I think the kids
will be a bit more careful now when plodding through the woods. :-)
