[OM] Velvia 100 Professional or Velvia 100F Professional ?

Hi List, and specially Mr.AG,

I narrowed my decision to Velvia 100 (instead of Provia 400, following 
Moose wise reasoning)- Ken, I remember you posted about 100 and 100F a 
while ago, but I need to know what would be your choice now, asap, since 
I must email a friend of mine who would buy them at B&H very soon.
