It would be easier if you had the complete item, in place of the one part.
As best I recall the ring that you are trying to sell screws into the front
filter ring of a standard lens fitted with the f=40cm close-up attachment,
and four legs then screw into holes on the other side of the ring (invisible
in your ebay listing). The legs are splayed slightly, and are designed to
mark the four corners of the document you wish to copy, at precisely the
correct size and distance for copying.

better, using made-to-measure extension rings. HERESY!
