Usually the digest arrives in NZ at about 10.15pm, regardless of the volume
of postings.
Tonight it didn't so I guessed that Europe had moved to summer time and it
would show up at about 11.15pm. It didn't.
It's now 2:47am and there's no sign of it ... is the site down?
