A number of people (including myself) have had problems with Olympus Studio 2
on Mac OS 10.6 (Snow Leopard). The problem that was seen was that when one
selected the Control mode, nothing happened.
There is a simple solution, make sure that your Mac boots up in 32-bit mode.
The Apple recommended way of doing this is to hold down the "3" and "2" keys
simultaneously when booting. There are some utilities which let you choose this
at boot time, but I have not experimented with any of them.
I have verified that when one boots in 32-bit mode, the camera control window
opens up as it should and everything I have tried is working.
