Thanks for the link. I had seen Davidhazy's work before but lost those links too. Perhaps I'm confusing RIT (Rochester) with Kodak but the article I can't seem to find was fairly complete with construction technique using a page-size flat bed scanner with a view camera lens for large format photos.
