Without hesitation I recommend the 28/2 and 100/2. Leave either the Mamiya or the second OM at home. Bringing both would give you triple redundancy with the digital camera. The other OM lenses are great, but they really don't give you any additional coverage. Think of it this way, if you were shooting Leica, you'd be perfectly content with the 28 and 100 focal lengths. Ireland in the summertime is simply awesome! One of the most beautiful places on earth.
