That happens in the UK already, Mike. It's reasonable, in my view. 1Gb is
quite a lump of data, especially for someone near the end of the line. If I
use too many of them I'm intruding on others' use of the data.
I pay about $3 for each Gb more than my monthly allowance of 24Gb.
