No, the f2 is only 1:2 just like the f3.5. I don't think there are different
versions, it wasn't made long, unlike the f3.5.
I have actually never made a macro photo with mine but it is an incredible
normal lens! The sharpness is astounding.I took a photo of my son several
years ago from about 20 feet away and you could count the stitches on his
jeans in a large print!
