Look a lot like rubarb to me. Is it the same? I do like rubarb. Mostly cooked
with some sugar to create someting like applecompote. But seem to remember it
was quite refreshing to eat straight from the plant.

Oh my! Swiss Chard is probably my favorite green - if I had to make a choice.
just steamed, with a bit of salt and
vinegar - Mmmmmmmmmm. We can usually get bunches of organic mixed colors.
I don't have it as often as I would like, as Carol's opinion, while nowhere
near as negative as yours, isn't as high as
mine.
Speaking of mixed colors, it can also be quite photogenic.
