And Ken's post suggests that no, it's not news.
The story related in Spanish has some holes in it, despite it sounds convincing.
And is succesful in making one to feel angry.
Even thought it was an "April Fool's Day" joke - 28 December at least
here in the Rio de la Plata.
No time to explore further ...
