iWork exports MS Office documents with precision. It imports them in a usable
manner, but with some possible gotchas.
I regularly use iWork to collaborate with various coprolites who insist on
supporting monopolies.
I agree that one must inter-operate with Microsloth stuff. I disagree that one
must actually use it in order to do so. And I strongly object to contributing
to the income of convicted monopolies.
(If only corporations had not only the rights of human persons, but also the
responsibilities, we could throw them in jail when they broke the law...)
