I don't have a copy myself but I've never met or heard of an unhappy
user of Qimage. <http://www.ddisoftware.com/qimage/> I know there are
several happy users on the list and it is the principal printing tool at
the studio where I apprenticed as a photog. I'd own it too except that
I do almost no photo printing myself these days. 95% goes to a chemical
lab.
On this same Qimage main page you'll see one of it many feature claims
to be: "Supports all Windows printers and all borderless and other
printer capabilities".
