[OM] Changing lens mount

I am a bit late to this topic and perhaps missing something. The Leitax 
solution has much more flexibility than
an adapter as the rear bayonet is replaced---easier to achieve infinity 
focus. The OM to Nykon kit is reversible.
Dave at Leitax likely could convert to OM Sony in a reversible manner, 
but hasn't developed a kit yet and doesn't appear that he wishes to.
A mount surgeon on FM alt lens forum posted a procedure to do so.
