If his company is good, and/or he has a good agent, his insurance will pay
and it will then sue the contractors for the money.

Nice job Chuck. You're a real johnny-on-the-spot reporter. Really stinks
for the homeowner unless of course he was trying to sell the house. Burning
it is probably the only way to get from under a house in Vegas. Let's just
hope the insurance companies don't get into a battle over who pays.
