This is little comfort, but the very same thing happened to a historical
church here. The contractors insurance mede it much better than before. I
know there's the issue of the loss, but the contractor's general liability
should solve the problem.

A great series of shots. I presume it was a flat roof?
I hate flat roofs; nothing but trouble.
I must review our fire-protection stuff here.
