These were standard issue with a lot of the lenses. It's hard to say which ones
came with them, or what the qualification was. But I recall reading the old ads
in issues of Modern Photo and Pop Photo and in the ads for B&H and the like,
many said "includes hood and case" with the lens prices. There were some
exceptions, of course. I can probably find and scan some of these old ads.
Some cases and hoods are fairly rare. Among those:
Rare hoods: 18/3.5 (49-72 step-up), 21/3.5 (also used on 35/shift), 21/2,
55/1.2 (metal), 90/2 aka 135/4.5 (same hood was used for those last 2), 24/2
Rare cases: 18/3.5, 21/3.5, 21/2, 35 shift, 24 shift, 20/2, 38/2.8, 80/4,
135/4.5, 50/2, 100/2
Some lenses didn't have cases, they were doing pouches by that time (90/2 macro
for example).
I am sure there are more than what are listed above that are hard to find. Some
are quite common however (24/2.8, 28/3.5 for example).
