That is perfect!! Configuration #1 will be implemented. I have a MPR
and with one connection of the bracket to the rail it will make for a
stable set-up with no problem with a QR plate to mount the whole
contraption on a pod. That MPR is one of my most used items--thanks
for suggesting it awhile ago.
I was not thinking outside the box errr, bracket ,but you did.
You are great with these gear diagrams and figuring out useful
arrangements.
