I got a PSA(Photographic Society of America) membership as a birthday present 
last year, and have done nothing with it.  As near as I can tell, all they seem 
to do is have competitions and judging.  

Am I not looking closely enough at what they do?  What membership benefits am I 
missing?

I must say that their glossy magazine is very pretty.
