When I had DSL, I was given piles of filters. Glad we left AT&T, lots I
don't have to worry about now.

Never heard of a ISP providing POTS filters - they just assume that you
know. My satellite TV company Foxtel kindly provided one - the box has a
phone line for ordering movies - and it screwed up everything. Nice.
