Bell Canada, of whom I normally have no cause whatsoever to speak
positively, provide filters (one? Two? Can't remember) with a DSL modem kit,
and you used to be able to request more at no cost, perhaps still can. Guess
senior management hasn't yet become aware of this outrageous behaviour.
