You bet. The public education system here leases laptops to teachers at a very
low rate, slightly higher for a Mac. They swap them out at 3 years when you can
buy it if you wish. A three year old ASUS is worth, well, bugger all. A three
year old iBook still has some value. You can't argue with accountants. They
know what things are worth.
