Most of the food looks pretty good and reminds me of the time I spent
working in Germany in 1979. All-in-all a very tasty experience (I love
sausage) and not a bad beer to be had. I must admit to being put off by the
appearance of the Eisbein in Nathan's photo: bright pink and shapeless
reminds me too much of Spam. A Google search however revaeled a more typical
appearance of a ham hock. Much better.
