I cannot speak for Ken. Although some of my work is digital, film based
photography has a more "organic" feel to me, which I enjoy. As
photographer/artist, being involved in the process from concept thru
completion in a
very physical way has a certain appeal that is somehow missing with digital.
The coating of paper, creation of emulsions, going into the darkroom and
producing a unique image are each things which are more fascinating for me
than digital. Although the bottom line is always the image, the process is
an important part of the joy I have with "old school" and "really old
school" photography. <{B^)Bill Barber
