I haven't seen anyone comment yet on my diagnosis of a film processing
error. The was predicated on two successive and supposedly adjacent
images showing the same failure... one on the right side and the other
on the left. The implication is that, whatever the cause, it crossed
over two adjacent images. If it happened in-camera it would seem that
the film would have had to be advanced a half frame and allowed to sit
there for a while. But since there's a color defect involved all I can
suppose is processing.
