If I had a bunch of MF Nikkors, and if I were happy with non-AF, and if I
didn't have an investment in EF mount gear
with which I'm pretty happy, I'd seriously consider one of the higher end Nikon
DSLRs that provide aperture automation
with their MF lenses.
I do happen to have old, AI 50/1.4, 200/4 and 55mm Micro-Nikkor and a couple of
other F mount lenses. But I had a whole
lot more MF Zuikos when making my DSLR decision. :-)
