I generally like to enter something in the county fair. The photo 
department has become popular with digital and changing demographics. 
Not so many farm animals now. Very low key but you can't take the 
judging seriously as they are all amateurs. Blue ribbons pay $5! I think 
they started an non-judged category this year for those who just want to 
hang. I prefer the feedback such as it is. Great fun to see what your 
neighbors have been up to.
