Yes, I understand your point.
I might have done the same as you, but to enter facebookworld was a
matter of proper parenthood for me: my sixteen year old daughter gets
in touch with her friends there, and I think I must have an eye on it.
She accepted me as a friens as long as I don't write or comment
anything on her Wall.
Little by little, I discovered I could also make good use of it:
currently, I'm commenting my reading of Stieg Larsson's novels.
Flickr is another story, and another wonderworld.
But I don't waste too much time there ( ... yet. ;-) ).
My point: don't upload photographs to Facebook if you expect any kind
of accuracy. Privacy doesn't seem to be an issue.
