Socialism is alive and well in the US. But it's the corporations at the
receiving end.

How true it is. A neighbor's son became an academic in some area involving
government and economics, and became a spokesman for such causes. He wanted
to change the form of congress to include representatives that were elected
by and served corporations. Little did he know how things would evolve.
