That's one of the two questions EVERY parent has been asked. The other
is why the moon stays in one place while we are driving down the road
at night.

No easy answer for either. I went through it with both of my daughters
and I think my best answer for the moon is that it's moving too. The
water/faucet question was a bit harder. I think I just changed the
subject and washed my hands of the whole thing.
