No, no handedness involved that I'm aware of. I'm mostly left handed
and write with my left. I've used four different tablets (2 Wacom and 2
cheapies) and not noticed anything handed about them. On the other hand
I've never used one for very long. I just could never get the hang of
using the pens. The mouse works pretty well for me.
