One time, when I was in Fort Worth, the temperature dropped 70 degrees
in about twenty minutes. Iced up everything. And then there was the
time, in late November in Amarillo, helping to refuel a B25 on which I
was hitching a ride. Cold wind at midnight up on that wing handling the
hose. Brrr. Was glad to get back on the plane and in the air again.
