Much like "fuchi", a Mexican slang word I learned from my late wife and
her family many years ago. Like "Eeeeww", "Ick!", "Ugh!" or "Gross!"
said that certain way.
From a Mexican slang dictionary:
Fuchi - /slang /
*Meaning: * smelly, stinky, unpleasant, also kinky or corrupt
*Examples: *Smells baby's dirty diaper; drives by an open sewer: Fuchi!
¡Que mal huele! (Gross! That really stinks!)
In the interim, it has entered US urban slang - no surprise.
