" I am Pastor Norton's husband ..."
or, perhaps,
" I am Reverend Norton's husband...."
Both sound eminently suitable descriptions. What's not to like !
In the church of my upbringing, the local vicar's family would have been
addressed as ' The Reverend and Mrs Norton, and family '
' The Reverend and Mr Norton, and family ' has a nice ring to it as well
and it puts the lady of the house in top spot .!
