Thanks for the offer Mike but I do not eat oyster. Not because I do not like
the taste--I do--but it is just too much work. When I go to a restaurant and
spend $100 on dinner, I want someone else to have done the peeling and the
cooking for me. At Union Oyster on Friday night I had a dish called "Lazy Man's
Lobster", basically chunks of lobster with some chopped herbs and a
sauce--excellent concept, although the execution could be better.
