ShenHao is apparently located in Shanghai. I you click on the "Where to
buy" link on the Chinese language page it appears to show only a map of
what I assume is Shanghai. <http://www.shen-hao.com/map.html>
Plenty of places. On the English language page there is a list of
worldwide distributors. There aren't many but there is a US link which
points to Badger Graphic Sales in Wisconsin.

Badger carries both the folding 617 at $1399.95
<https://www.badgergraphic.com/store/cart.php?m=product_detail&p=3029>
and non-folding 617 at $1599.95

The folding model is cheaper at Badger than on ebay but slightly more
expensive for the non-folding model. I have no idea how these prices
compare to what can be had in Shanghai. I also know nothing about lens
prices except that a used Schneider 90mm f/5.6 Super Angulon for 5x7
coverage from KEH is in the $700-1000 range. And that probably doesn't
include a center filter.
