According to the calculator here

The diffraction limit on my 5D (12.7 MP on 35mm format) at f/128 would
be about 0.025 megapixels. That's interpolated since the calculator
only goes to f/64. However, the interpolation is easy since the airy
circle simply doubles in size for each full step in smaller aperture.
It's obvious that to get much detail from a pinhole camera you've got to
use a much larger format.
