No, Nestle bought Rowntree, which had previously bought Mackintosh's
Kraft bought Terrys (and Suchard, and Toblerone), and has now bought Cadbury
which itself bought Frys long ago.
I suspect that many of these family-owned companies were set up by Quakers.
Unlike Quaker Oats.
Auto and IT industries? Surely they have all been bought by Chinese
companies?

I'm confused, I thought Nestle bought Cadbury ?
This is getting as bad as the Auto and IT/Computer industries.
