As far as I know the T-20 connector didn't come with a mounting
screw...
or maybe you're referring to the screw that came with your flash
bracket... whatever it might be.
Anyhow, here's my T-20 connector just stuck on with an ordinary 1/4-20
brass machine screw

Thanks Chuck,
I was reluctant to bother this august list with a rather trivial
question, but I will model
the mounting of the T20 after your set-up. The Stroboframe came with a
cold show but it is terribly glommed on
on-- perhaps with locktite. I don't want the Metz flash I was able to
snipe (after keeping an eye out for a year or so) to take a tumble.
The shoe that came with it is similar to the below but has a phillips
screw with relatively shallow grooves, rendering it difficult to remove
w/o stripping. There are adjacent mount holes
so I may just mount the T20 connector adjacent to it.

The newer shoe design is clearly better. Thanks for re-posting your
homemade bracket gizmo. Appreciated.
Regards to Dr. Flash.
Mike
