Yeah, part-time. When they aren't sailing.
They did it by property investment - lived cheap, saved her salary and
paid their mortgage with his. Every time they had saved enough, they
bought a flat, rented it out and let someone else pay the mortgage on
it. They now own about a dozen flats outright and live on the income
mostly. Nice technique and, as teachers, they did it on a modest income.
They still only own one (old) car and he does all the property
maintenance himself.
It's not hard to become a multi-millionaire. It just requires a plan,
some determination - and no kids!
