Is anyone able to identify the name of the printer font seen here?

It is embarrassing to have forgotten the name of the font I have used in the
past !
In the back of my mind the font might have been called "Viennese" but I
cannot find any sign of that name in Photoshop CS3 or CS4, MSWord 2007,
Corel WordPerfect X4 or during an extensive Google search.
All and any help will be much appreciated.
