I used Redhat eleven years ago, and was very satisfied, but at the time I had a
Mac (yes my friends at the time when Mac was not cool...I still keep my
collectable iMac Rev A...:)
Then i used Ubuntu about four years ago for three months and was very
impressed, but since I work no less than ten hrs a day, I did not have the
motivation to switch to it. In addition to that, wifey was getting all this sw
such as, Adobe in Design free of charge for work from her employers, so I never
had the motivation to switch.
I was looking more for help digging out the installation instructions. It is
interesting how work transforms your life...I make $X per hour and anything
that I dont want to do is measured against that...For example, if I spent 3hrs
doing something I dont enjoy, I could have earned $Xx3 if I were working...:)
So I spent almost an hour researching Debian website to find the darn
instructions for double boot installation...and then sent my message to the
list...

I've installed Ubuntu on three different machines. I'm satisfied on all
accounts.
