I'm annoyed that the default in most mini-labs is to crop rather than
reduce.
I got caught that way recently with a few 10x8 proofs! You can imagine
what it did to a square image! Their response to my disappointment
was, 'sorry, but you should have asked'. And it would have cost more
too! I object to being charged extra for having it done properly.
