Sure. These adapters use a complete separate "camera", consisting of a
lens for 35mm cameras, a tube and a FF ground glass to produce on the GG
an image with FF DOF. That apparatus attaches to the front of the video
camera, which then videos the GG image. Needless to say, they are
generally going to require some sort of support system, like a rail, to
link DOF adapter to camera without putting too much strain on the camera.
They require close focus on the part of the video camera or a CU lens,
two element, in the case of the Hollywood brand you linked to.
To avoid seeing dust on the GG in the video images, the better ones
either spin or vibrate the GG.
