Now I am going to get cross.
They blew all that money and all those truly wonderful graphics/CGI
on the most appalling pastiche of a plot. I don't think I could
imagine a more clichéd approach. Every possible "noble savage'
stereotype was cheerfully thrown in - lumps of Pocohontas, Last of the
Mohicans, Apocalypto and all.
Loved the wrapping, hated the present.
Of course, you could read it as Cameron's protest against the Iraq war
- anyone thought of that yet?
I just wished it was more Rob. Altman than Pixar in that respect.
