I do believe it. But not an iMac, even the latest model with an IPS display.
Not an iMac, an all in one machine: if one part goes wrong, everything does.
So, I'd choose either a Mini, or a Pro.
Right now struggling with a 1 TB WD "My Book Essential" USB2, with a
'SmartWare' software: reminds me of Maxwell Smart.
I do miss the SCSI external HDD, I just drag and dropped what I wanted
to back up. Yes, times change ... hope that Time Machine is nearly as
simple as those SCSI devices, and doesn't try to outsmart the user ...
