In a similar vein, it was strange for my family to have Christmas 3 years
running in Florida: the relative warmth and bright skies made it difficult to
feel the normal run-up to Christmas, although our 2 sons went to a Catholic
school and had the full Advent sequence.
Much as we enjoyed our years in Florida, it was good to get back to 4 seasons
