Can't match that. Ours was a gentle rocking/swaying, no noise. Halted
the meeting for a few minutes. The next day, the Chair (a Guatemalan
Minister) pointedly noted that the glass doors would be left open, just
in case!

Hasn't changed much. We also experienced a good shaking during one
visit. Sounded like a freight train going through. Another time the
remnants of a hurricane blew by and took off the roof of our "hotel".
