Yes, I always thought that one should avoid strenuous exercise - in
the the words of Oscar Wilde I think - "Every time I feel the urge to
exercise, I lie down until the urge goes away."
Of course, that meant that I put a different kind of strain on my
knees, due to the accumulation of excess soft tissue. Bugger.
Obviously, the Middle Path is the wise choice.
